聚吡咯导电织物的制备条件对导电性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用气相沉积的方法制备聚吡咯导电织物,并在加压状态下测试其电阻,分析了化学制备过程中影响导电率的因素,结合回弹性测试总结了作为压力感应导电织物的最佳工艺条件.最后用导电织物、施压装置、测试电路和数据采集卡搭建了压力感应系统. A kind of electrically conducting fabrics was fabricated by air-phase polypyrrole deposition process. The conductivity of the fabrics with a gradtially increased stress upon the fabrics were measured and studied. The effects of processing parameters on the pressure sensitive conductive fabrics were investigated. The elastic recovery of the treated fabrics was assessed. A simple and effective system for responding the external pressure on the fabrics was set up.
