摘要
小动力头系统是多工位笔头加工机床的关键部分,其运转性能直接影响笔头的加工质量.以24工位笔头加工机床为例,采用传递矩阵法计算小动力头系统的临界转速,并讨论结构参数对临界转速的影响,分析结果对我国多工位制笔机床的研制具有一定的参考价值.
The small power unit is an important part of pen machine with multi-station. The performance of the unit influences the manufacture quality of pen tip directly. The critical speeds of the small power unit are calculated by transfer matrix method and effects of its parameters on critical speeds are also discussed, which provides good information and basis for further study in our pen industry.
