摘要
分析了地毯簇绒机横动补偿系统的功能模块及其组成结构,提出了全周期补偿方案和基于Delphi语言的系统软件设计方法.该系统利用伺服电机作为喂纱执行元件,依据补偿算法实时调整喂纱速度,实现了绒高的准确补偿,从而消除了针床横动时毯面上产生的横纹.实际使用表明该补偿系统显著地改善了针床横动时的毯面品质.
The functional module and composition structure of transversing bucking-out system of tufting carpet machine were analyzed. The method of designing system software based on Delphi and the complete-period compensation algorithm were presented. Using AC servo-actuator as the action element, the rate-of-feed could be real-time adjusted by means of compensation algorithm and accurate pile height compensation was implemented, so cross striation formed in needle bar shifting was relieved. In practical application, the bucking-out system conspicuously improved the quality of the caroet surface while needle bar shifting.
