摘要 随着我国"村村通"工程和FTTH工程的展开,光缆敷设环境也与过去发生了很大的改变。传统光缆在体积、质量、弯曲半径等方面都无法适应,GYFXTY微型光缆就是针对此设计制造的系列光缆之一。阐述了GYFXTY微型光缆的结构设计,从理论上验证了其使用的可行性。指出了GYFXTY微型光缆在制造过程中应注意的问题,并通过对该光缆性能的检验,对其设计进行了验证。 With the development of "accessing to every village" project and FTTH project in China, the installation environment of fiber optic cable has also changed significantly. Traditional fiber optic cables can not suit the requirements already in volume, weight, and bending radius and other aspects. GYFXTY miniature fiber optic cable is one of the fiber optic cable series that are designed and manufactured for this purpose. The structure design of GYFXTY miniature fiber optic cable is described, and the applicability of it is proved theoretically. Some precautions in the manufacturing of GYFXTY miniature fiber optic cable are pointed out, and the design of this cable is verified through inspecting the performance of the finished cable.
