摘要
依据电磁屏蔽原理,材料的电导率、磁导率及厚度是决定其屏蔽性能的决定性因素。铁磁材料和金属良导体材料、镀金属表面敷层型薄膜屏蔽材料、以各导电纤维为填充材料的填充复合型屏蔽材料以及银系、镍系和碳系导电涂料类屏蔽材料等是目前电磁屏蔽材料领域研究的主要内容和方向。综述了它们的研究现状、性能、应用、存在的优缺点等,并探讨了屏蔽材料未来的发展趋势。
Based on the electromagnetic shielding theory, the electric conductivity, magnetic conductivity, and thicknesses of the electromagnetic shielding materials are decisive factors to their shielding performance. Ferromagnetic materials, fine conductor metal,surface-spreading film materials coated metal,composite materials filled electrical conductive fibers, and silver, nickel, carbon electrical conductive dopes are the main research content in the field of electromagnetic shielding materials at present, In this paper,the research progress, performance, application, and advantages and disadvantages are reviewed. Finally, the developing trends in the future are predicted.
