摘要
阐述了人工髋关节假体材料的性能要求和金属、高分子、陶瓷以及碳质假体材料的研究新进展,分析了各种材料在实际应用中的优势和存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。研究认为髋关节假体材料的表面改性和人体髋关节生物摩擦行为是未来研究的热点,髋关节假体材料性能评价体系的完善是亟待解决的问题。
The performance indexes and recent research developments of artificial hip joint prostheses are reviewed. The virtues and disadvantages of metal, polymer, ceramic and carbon materials are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the next development direction is proposed. It is concluded that the hot spots of the further research are surface modification of artificial hip joint prostheses and biotribology of hip joints. Besides, the key problem is the improvement of the evaluation system for properties of artificial hip joint prostheses.
