摘要
对原样煤矸石和热活化煤矸石的微观结构进行了分析研究,选用化学结合水测定法对各活化煤矸石的活性进行评价,通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)等测试方法进行煤矸石热活化过程的微观分析研究。结果表明,煤矸石中的高岭石受热分解与玻璃化是煤矸石活性的主要来源,在低温活性区(500~1100℃),700℃煅烧煤矸石的活性表现最佳。对煤矸石活化过程进行了力学性能试验。试验结果同样表明,各种热活化煤矸石的力学性能与微观结构的分析结果是相一致的。
The analysis is made for the microstructure of raw coal gangue and thermal activated coal gangue.The measurement of chemically combined water absorption is chosen to evaluate the activity of thermal activated coal gangue. The microstructure of activation process is analyzed by means of X-ray difffaction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope (SEM) etc. The experiment can approve those results: the decomposition and vitrification of kaolinite in coal gangue after being heated the can result in the formation of activity of coal gangue. In the active district of low temperature (500- 1100℃), the activity of activated coal gangue calcined under 700℃ is best. The experiment can also approve that the mechanical property of thermal activated coal gangue is in accordance with the analytical results of the microstructure.
