摘要 以海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,氯化钙、硼酸为交联剂,添加少量活性炭,制备微生物固定化载体的共聚物水凝胶,采用池膜法测定氧分子通过凝胶膜的通量,探讨原料含量、交联剂浓度、交联时间对材料氧气渗透性能的影响。结果表明,PVA浓度为4.0%,海藻酸钠浓度为2.1%,活性炭浓度为0.2%,交联剂为5%氯化钙饱和硼酸溶液,交联时间为15min,制得的PVA-海藻酸钙-活性炭共聚物水凝胶氧气的扩散性能最好。 Copolymer hydrogel for immobilized microorganism carriers is synthesized using sodium alginate, PVA and active carbon as start materials and calcium chloride and boric acid as crosslinker. The oxygen permeability of the copolymer hydrogel is investigated through static penetration. The effects of the concentration of sodium alginate, PVA, calcium chloride and crosslink time on the oxygen permeability of the hydrogel are studied as well, The hydrogel prepared by the crosslink of 4.0% PVA, 2.1% sodium alginate and 0.2 % active carbon with 5.0% calcium chloride and saturated boric acid as crosslinkers for 15min possesses the highest oxygen permeability.
