摘要
介绍了一种新型的陶瓷材料辅助加工方法。该方法利用微波能,使材料在较高温度下达到塑性化,从而获得较好加工性。对陶瓷介质材料的微波作用机理以及陶瓷塑性理论进行了探讨,并给出了材料塑性化的经验温度值。在理论分析基础上,建立了微波辅助加工的数值分析模型,对微波加工中的温度分布进行了计算,并对试验结果做了直观、有意义的分析与讨论。最后介绍了自行研制的微波加工试验样机。
A novel aided machining method for ceramic materials is introduced. The method uses microwave energy as heating means, making materials plastic on a high temperature to achieve a good machinability. The mechanism of microwave effect on ceramics dielectric materials and ceramics plastic are discussed. On the base of theoretic analysis, numerical analysis model of microwave-aided machining is established. Temperature distribution of processing is particular calculated in the model. The result is dealt with intuitionistic and significative analyzed and discussed. Finally, a microwave machining experiment machine is introduced.
