摘要
分析了车间生产系统的类型与特点、设备布局的方式与相关技术。以钢圈生产线为例,介绍了根据零件特点和生产任务要求进行设备布局与物料搬运系统设计的方法。
The types and characteristics of production systems in workshops, as well as the methods and related technologies of equipment layout were analyzed. Taking nave production line as an example, approaches of the equipment layout and the design of materials transit system based on the part characteristic and production task were introduced.
