摘要
介绍了以高铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,辅以硅微粉和少量复合添加剂研制喷涂料的试验过程,研究了水泥、硅微粉、复合添加剂加入量对喷涂料物理性能及施工性能的影响,确定了最佳加入量。经生产应用验证,研制开发的喷涂料具有理化性能优良、材料输送性和润湿性好、粘结性强、反弹率低等特点,能满足热风炉风管和预热室使用环境及要求。
This paper introduces a high bauxite as raw materials and cement binder, supplemented by a small amount of silica powder and spray paint additive developed during the pilot study of the cement. The amount of the cement , silica and compound additive spray determine physical properties of coating of properties of construction, and attain the optimum amount. Application of the production test, the physical and chemical properties of spray paint is fine, transport of material and good wettability, adhesion strong rebound low rates to meet the blast preheating chamber and the use of the environment and requirements.
