摘要
目的研究Bim蛋白在乳腺正常组织、乳腺普通导管增生组织、乳腺导管轻中度不典型增生组织、重度不典型增生及导管原位癌组织、乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测101例乳腺石蜡包埋组织中Bim蛋白的表达。结果在乳腺普通导管增生、轻中度不典型增生、重度不典型增生及导管原位癌和浸润性导管癌中,Bim蛋白表达阳性率呈递减趋势。Bim蛋白在乳腺普通导管增生与重度不典型增生及原位癌组间、重度不典型增生及原位癌和浸润性导管癌组间阳性表达率差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。乳腺浸润性导管癌中Bim蛋白的表达与患者的临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移无明显关系,但与组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。结论Bim蛋白表达水平的改变可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bim in normal breast tissue,breast usual intraductal hyperplasia, mild-middle atypical hyperplasia,severe atypical hyperplasia and intraduetal carcinoma in situ and invasive duetal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bim in 101 paraffin-embedded specimens. Results The expression positive rate of Bim showed a gradual decrease in breast cancer progression. And there was a statistically significant difference of the protein expression positive rates of Bim between usual intraductal hyperplasis tissues and severe atypical hyperplasia and intraductal carcinoma in situ (P 〈 0.05). It was also a significant difference between severe atypical hyperplasia and intraductal carcinoma in situ and invasive ductal carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). There was no relationship between Bim protein expression with patients'clinical stage and metastasis of armpit lymph node. However, Bim protein had relation with histological grade ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There was a relationship between the occurrence of the breast cancer and the change of Bim protein.
