具有半“V”字型特性的铁电液晶显示器件制备 被引量:3

摘要 采用N*-Sc*序列相铁电液晶,通过在N*-Sc*相变时施加直流电压,得到了半"V"字型的电光特性曲线,可以实现连续灰度;同时解决了表面稳定铁电液晶中存在的液晶层倾斜方向不惟一的缺陷,获得了无缺陷排列取向的铁电液晶器件。该器件具有较低的饱和电压3.2V,静态对比度达196∶1,上升时间和下降时间分别是526μs和424μs。 Using N^* -Sc^* sequence ferroelectric liquid crystal phase, and imposing DC voltage at the N^* -Sc^* phase transformation, half "V"-shaped curve of the electro-optical properties was obtained, resulting in continuous gray-scales. The only tilt direction of defects, which is not only alone in the ferroelectric liquid crystal layer of the apparent stability was obtained, and receiving ferroelectric liquid crystal devices without zigzag defect. The cell has low saturation voltage 3.2 V and high contrast ratio 196 : 1. The rise and fall time is 526 μs and 424 μs, respectively.
