摘要 简述了热交换器用镍基合金UNS N06600无缝管的基本性能、制造技术特点以及开发UNS N06600无缝管生产工艺的过程,最后确定了采用"斜轧热穿孔开坯+全冷轧"生产工艺。通过对成品管进行力学性能检测和微观组织分析可知,采用该工艺生产的镍基合金UNS N06600钢管满足ASME SB 163标准的要求。 Briefed in the paper are the main aspects concerning the nickel-base alloy UNS N06600 seamless steel tube for heat exchanger service, covering the basic properties, characteristics of the manufacture technology and the course of development of the manufacturing process for the said tube. The finally determined manufacturing process is the process of "billet hot piercing with rotary rolling process + completely cold-rolling" . The results of testing of the mechanical properties and microstructure analysis of the finished tube show that the nickelbase alloy UNS N06600 seamless steel tube as made by the above said manufacture process is up to relevant requirements as specified in Standard ASME SB 163.
