摘要
用高频直缝焊接钢管替代铝合金管生产箱包支架管,不仅可以降低箱包支架的生产成本,而且能大幅提高产品的耐用度。介绍了高频直缝焊接箱包支架管的生产工艺和成型模具的孔型设计,分析了生产过程中的各技术要点,指明了该产品的生产难点。
Substituting the hi-frequency straight weld steel pipe for the aluminum alloy pipe to produce the case frame is not only capable of reducing the operation costs, but also enhances the durability of the product. Described in the paper are the manufacture process for and the pass design of the formation die of the said case frame-purpose weld pipe. Also analyzed are the technical tips of the manufacturing process, indicating the crucial points concerning production of the pipe.
