The Preparation of High Performance Swelling Clay Used in Engineering

本文通过对德国溶胀粘土以及国内建平商品土性能测定,针对国内不同产地的膨润土,筛选适宜制备高性能溶胀粘土的膨润土样品;并通过提纯、改型和复配试验,研制出性能基本符合德国产品的溶胀粘土。

Based on determinations of swelling clays from German and domestic ＂Jianping＂ clays, bentonites suitable for preparing high performance swelling clays were screened out from bentonites occured in different areas. The swelling clay product which is accord with German clay was prepared by bentonite purifying, inter-layer cations exchange as well as compounding methods.
