低碳钢经高压处理后奥氏体转变为珠光体的DSC研究

摘要 采用差热分析法(DSC)研究了低碳钢经6 GPa高压处理后其组织中奥氏体向珠光体转变的动力学。结果表明,低碳钢以10℃/m in的速度冷却时,奥氏体向珠光体转变的起始温度为639.88℃,转变结束温度为607.10℃,转变时间为196.68 s,其相变激活能随着相变体积分数的增加而逐渐减小。 The kinetics of transformation of austenite to pearlite in a low carbon steel treated at high pressure of 6 GPa was studied by means of DSC method. The results show that the starting and finishing temperatures of the transformation of austenite to pearlite in the low carbon steel during the cooling at the rate of 10 ℃/min are 639.88 ℃ and 607.10 ℃ respectively, and that the transformation duration is 196.68 s. As a result, the transformation activation energy of austenite to pearlite will decrease with the increase of the valume fraction of transformation.
