摘要
对泄漏失效的排气阀座的检测分析和进一步的工艺试验表明,由于表面淬火、回火工艺不当,该阀座排气端在服役过程中发生了组织转变,进而产生变形,最终导致泄漏失效。
Analysis on the exhaust valve seat failed due to the leaking and further technology testing revealed that the structure in the exhaust end of the valve seat had transformed in the course of service due to unsuitable surface quenching and tempering processes, and thus the valve seat distorts, resulting in failure of the valve seat due to leaking.
