摘要 宿根矮化病是我国甘蔗生产中的一种主要病害。本文综述了PCR技术在甘蔗宿根矮化病检测中的应用概况,并对检测引物和检测方案等问题进行探讨。 Ratoon Stunting Disease （RSD） was one of main plant disease, which made a great influence on sugarcane yield. In this paper, the application of PCR on detection of RSD was reviewed, and the selection of primer and method was discussed.
