摘要
长期以来,上海各级公安机关为了顺应现代警务机制建设的需要,积极探索和完善岗位履职考评机制,但纵观现行考评机制的运行过程,仍有不尽人意之处,破解这一难题已是当务之急。随着队伍正规化建设的不断深入,对民警的考评工作也向着科学化、规范化、合理化、人性化的方向发展。为此,必须注意转变考评理念,强化正面引导;创新考评方法,科学实施运作;运用考评效应,认真兑现奖励。
The public security organs at all levels of Shanghai have explored and perfected the mechanism of checking achievements on police posts for a long period in order to meet the demand of modern policing construction. However, there are still deficiencies by making a comprehensive survey on the running process of the exiting mechanism, which have become urgent to be resolved. With the deepening of the normalization of contingent con- struction, we should check police achievements in a scientized,standardized, rationalized and humanized way. There- fore, we must transform the checking idea and strengthen the right orientation, innovate the checking methods and operate scientifically and apply the checking effect to realize the encouragements.
