摘要
当前,在警力无增长的前提下,警务培训作为提升警员战斗力的方式,越来越受到广泛的认可和关注。上海公安教育培训的改革源于上海现代警务机制的探索,而上海公安教育培训的发展则借鉴了以香港警务培训为主包括西方发达国家在内的先进培训理念和方式。追本溯源有助于我们更加清晰地认识公安教育培训的发展轨迹,使我们更容易提炼出其规律性的东西,有利于结合本警种的特点创造性地加以运用,使之成为打造特警战斗力、提升队伍凝聚力的一种重要手段和方式。
No increase in the police forces presupposed, policing training has been widely accepted and attended as a way to enhance police combatant power. The reformation of police training in Shanghai started from the exploration of modern policing mechanism of Shanghai, and benefited from the advanced idea of the pattern of Hongkong and some other western developed countries. To trace its source will help us to clearly understand the developmental track of police training, easily extract the laws and creatively utilize them combining with its own characteristic, in order to make it an important way and means to improve the combatant powor of SWAT and enhance the cohesion of contingents.
