摘要
进入21世纪,中英两国的信息主导警务改革几乎同时起步。比较中英两国情报运行模式,借鉴英国国家情报模式的精华,改造我国传统情报工作流程,对构建适合我国国情的信息主导警务模式具有现实意义。
In the 21st century, the intelligence-led policing reform was initiated in both China and U. K. almost at the same time. Comparing the intelligence operating modes in China with that in U. K. , using for reference the very soul of the British National Intelligence Model and reforming the traditional intelligence working process of our country is of realistic significance to construct the intelligence - led policing model that suits the Chinese situation.
