摘要
讨论了苯酚气相催化甲基化制备邻甲酚和2,6-二甲酚的V2O5-Fe2O3催化剂的失活机理:表面须状积炭,晶相和孔结构发生变化。烧炭再生后催化剂晶相和活性可基本复原。再生后催化剂孔径略有变化,比表面积低于新鲜催化剂。
The deactivation mechanism of V 2O 5-Fe 2O 3 catalyst used in o-cresol and 2,6-xylenol preparation with the methylation of phenol by gas catalysis was discussed. That is due to the whisker deposit of carbon on the surface and the change of crystalline phase and hole structure. The crystalline phase and activation can be basically restored after carbon on the catalyst being removed by burning. The hole diamater of the catalyst regenerated is changed a little and specific surface is lower than the fresh one.
