摘要
本文以工业钛白粉生产的中间产物——钛液为原料，采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米级ＴｉＯ２微粉。用正交实验研究水和尿素加入量对偏钛酸一次颗粒粒径的影响。实验结果证明此方法可以制备出纳米级二氧化钛微粉。
Abstract In this paper nano TiO 2 powder was prepared from industrial primary products——titaniferous solution by homogeneous precipitation method.The effects of the amount of added water and urea on the first-level grain size of metatitanic acid were studied through the cross experimental design.The results showed that the method was feasible.
