肝移植手术时机的选择

The optimal time for liver transplantation

摘要 随着肝移植病例数的增多，我国器官移植供体日益紧张，因此如何把握肝移植的适应证和手术时机显得极为重要。国内外一直不断探索合适的评分系统，以期获得最优化的供体分配方案和掌握最恰当的治疗时机。所用评分系统包括Child-Pugh分级、联合器官共享网络（UNOS）分级和终末期肝病模型（MELD）评分，其中，Child—Pugh分级和UNOS分级系统已被淘汰。
