摘要
目的本研究探讨荧光半导体纳米晶体标记的寡核苷酸探针在Alzheimer病基因筛查中的应用价值。方法荧光半导体纳米晶体与ApoEε4等位基因特异性寡核苷酸反应合成探针,用以检测阳性标本和阴性标本的ApoE的基因型。结果新型荧光探针检测结果与标本基因型一致。结论荧光半导体纳米晶体标记探针在Alzheimer病相关基因检测中表现出优良特性,可望替代传统方法。
Objective To investigate the applying value of the novel fluorescent semiconductor nanocrystals labeled oligonucleotide probe in gene assay of Alzheimer disease. Methods Fluorescent semiconductor nanocrystals were successfully conjugated with idiosyncratic oligonucleotide from APOEε4 allele to synthesize probe. We detected APOE genotype of the positive and negative samples with labeled probe. Results The examination results and the genotype of samples were identical. Conclusions Fluorescent semiconductor nanocrystals labeled probe exhibits extremely desirable properties for gene assay of Alzheimer disease, and it can offer more advantages than classical ways.
