摘要
将聚苯乙烯溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体或其与苯乙烯的混合液中进行原位聚合,制备高散射有机玻璃导光材料。对聚合体系中引发剂种类及其用量、PS分子量、PS用量、以及MMA和St单体的组成比对材料散射导光性能影响的研究表明:PS分子量在不小于43900时,聚合产物产生高散射性能;引发剂种类及其用量对高散射性能的影响不大;改变PS用量以及MMA和St两种单体组成比,可以调节材料的透明性和散射性,当PS用量为0.2%~0.3%,MMA/St=3∶2或1∶1(体积比)时,材料具有均衡的散射性和透明性。
High scattering optical transmission PMMA was prepared by the in situ copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and styrene with polystyrene.The effects of initiator type and content,molecular weight ,PS content,the ratio of methyl methacrylate and styrene on the scattring property of the prepared material were studied.The results showed when the molecular weight of PS was not smaller than 43 900,the polymerisate had good scattering properties;the type and content of initiator had little effect on the scattering property;the transparency and scattering property of the material could be changed by changing the PS content and MMA/St ratio;when the PS content was 0.2%~0.3%,MMA/St=3:2 or 1:1 (by volume),the material had balanced scattering and transmitting properties.
