摘要 在聚合物幂律模型基础上,提出了改善流道尺寸实现合理提高注射机注射压力利用率的设想,即在充分保证模具型腔充模压力的情况下,通过适当减小流道截面尺寸,加大了浇注系统部分的压力降,同时也减少了流道上材料的浪费。结合解析法和注塑CAE分析,本文推导了流道截面尺寸优化设计计算式及计算步骤。经过对某摩托车仪表零件注射模浇注系统的优化设计,结果表明在保证熔体充模的情况下,新的流道截面尺寸较按传统方法设计的截面尺寸有较明显的减小。 A new thought about the alternation of the runner,based on the power law,was proposed.On condition that the mold cavity could be filled,the mold designer could improve utilization rate of the injection pressure by reducing the diameter and raising the pressure drop of the runner greatly.The new method could also reduce the total consume of the injection resin.Through some numerical and injection molding CAE analysis,an optimal runner calculated method had been extrapolated.It had been proved that the radius of runners could be reduced obviously in the use of the new method for the runner design of a motor speedometer shell.
