Experience of clinical teaching for the refresher doctors in obstetrics and gynecology

总结妇产科在进修医师临床教学中的经验包括：科室领导对教学工作要足够重视，进修生培养要首先注重医德教育，专业的培训要制订个性化方案，从基本功、病例分析、手术技巧等多方面着手，此外定期进行专题讲座开阔进修生视野，从而保证进修医师的教学质量。

Experiences for teaching refresher doctors in obstetrics and gynecology department were summarized and some viewpoints as well as methods were raised as： attaching importance to teaching in the department ; highlighting medical moral education for refresher doctors; making individualized plan for professional training. Furthermore, the professional lectures were carried out regularly to broaden the refresher doctors＇ knowledge, thus ensuring the quality for refresher doctors.
