摘要
高等院校肩负培养高层次人才的重任,面对学员学习过程,需要科学而规范的管理,特别是要有有效的教学质量控制系统来保证教学效果,而教学督导是这过程中的重要环节。就10年来教学督导的实践进行总结,并分别从教学督导的实施,教学督导的艺术以及教学督导的效果作了阐述。
Teaching supervision is the key link of improving teaching quality in the military medical university. The establishment of teaching supervision is to supervise, examine, evaluate and guide teaching processes in order to complete the teaching task. This article reported the summary of teaching supervision during the period of 10 years in the university, and discussed the practice, art,and effects of teaching supervision.
