摘要
针对望峰岗选煤厂的煤泥水性质特点,对其进行红外光谱及XRD检测,根据微生物絮凝剂结构和组成,建立了絮凝剂对煤泥水絮凝作用模型,分析了微生物絮凝剂在煤泥水中的作用机理,并在此基础上剖析了煤泥水微生物絮凝剂絮凝机理研究中存在的问题,提出煤泥水微生物絮凝剂絮凝机理今后的研究方向。
In view of the coal slurry features in Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant, the coal slurry was detected by infrared spectrum and XRD. Based on the structure and composition of microbial flocculants, a model of flocculation effect of flocculants on the coal slurry was established and flocculating mechanism of microbial flocculants in the coal slurry was analyzed. Some problems in the research work of the flocculating mechanism were also analyzed and research orientation of mechanism of the microbial flocculants for the coal slurry was set forward.
