浙江省卫生监督信息系统研发应用及讨论

Discussion on the R&D and application of the health inspection information system in ZheJiang province

目的:研发浙江省卫生监督信息系统,优化卫生监督业务模式和管理模式。方法:系统采用B/S体系结构全省一级网络模式,运用Oracle数据库管理系统、XML技术等最新的计算机和网络技术,建立安全可靠的广域网络应用平台。结果:系统实现卫生监督业务所有流程和功能,包括许可、监督、处罚、统计查询等,既有内部业务的管理功能,又能实现卫生监督信息卡网上直报。结论:信息系统实现卫生监督科学化、信息化管理,提高监督效率,提高执法能力和水平,也为全国卫生监督网络系统建设提供借鉴。

Objective：To research Zhejiang province health supervision information system, optimize the health supervision mode and management style. Method： The system adopts B/S mode that whole province is in one stage network mode, utilizes the Oracle database management system, the XML technology and the newest computer and networking technology to create the safe wide area network application platform. Result：The system realizes all processes and functions of health supervision including permission, inspection, punishment, statistical inquiry and so on, which has internal management function and can directly report the health supervision information card through internet. Conclusion：The information system can carry out a scientific and information-based management of the health supervision, enhance inspection efficiency and the law enforcement ability, and also provide the model for the national public health supervision network system construction.
