Problems and Countermeasures of Psychological Counseling in Universities

高校心理咨询工作近20年来得到了很大的发展,在针对大学生群体的心理咨询方面进行了积极的探索,对于培养身心全面发展的人才发挥了重要的作用,但在组织管理、实际运作、理论研究等方面仍存在着很多问题,需要我们作进一步探讨,研究解决对策,以利于高校心理咨询工作的健康发展。

In the past 20 years, universities in China's Mainland have seen great development in psychological counseling. Active explorations have been made into the psychological counseling of the student group, which has played an important role in cultivating all-round talents. However, many problems still exist in terms of management, operation and theoretical research of the counseling. We should work further to work out countermeasures to assure the healthy development of the psychological counseling.
