摘要
辅导员队伍专业化是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的必然要求。高校学生工作专业化进程的推进为辅导员专业化提供了现实的基础条件。在辅导员队伍建设中应坚持人本性、整体性和动态性原则,通过提高思想认识,加强学科建设,建立健全制度,创新管理模式,成立专业组织和完善保障机制等途径,全力打造一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的专业化辅导员队伍。
The specialization of instructors is a must for the reinforcement and improvement of the ideological and political work of university students. The specialization of student work in universities has provided a realistic basis for the specialization of instructors. In the construction of instructor team, we must abide by three principles and take effective measures to form a team of instructors of strong political position, strict discipline, high qualification and good working style.
