摘要
高校教师承受着教学科研的压力以及来自家庭和个人等内部因素的影响,普遍精神负担较重。将心理援助项目(EAP)这一新模式引入高校教师心理健康教育领域,既可以帮助教师减轻来自家庭、工作等各方面的压力,克服不良情绪带来的负面影响,充分挖掘其个人的最大潜力,保持良好的健康身心状态,使教师能够集中精力投入到教学科研中去,充分释放自己的创造力及工作热情,又是学校人性化管理的重要内容,对营造整个学校的和谐氛围具有重要意义。
University teachers are usually burdened with mental pressures from teaching, research, family and themselves. The introduction of EAP into the mental health education of university teachers will help teachers reduce such pressures, overcome negative effects of these pressures and maintain positive mood so as to explore their potentials and concentrate on teaching and research. Moreover, EAP is an important part of the human-ofiented manage- ment of universities and plays an important role in creating harmonious atmosphere of the university.
