摘要
人际关系是工作满意度的主要影响因素之一,高校管理人员人际关系满意度偏低,在不同的人口统计变量中,机关管理人员、高学历者、中层管理人员及职位经历时间短者成为人际关系满意度低的人群。激烈竞争的工作环境,缺乏人性化的管理制度,以及高层次需求不足都是人际关系满意度偏低的原因。针对知识群体,树立人本理念,通过创新管理制度、提升管理能力和拓展发展平台、营造信任与合作的组织文化等方法和途径,可以有效提升人际关系满意度。
Interpersonal relationship is one of the major factors contributing to one's work satisfaction. University and college administrators have a lower degree of satisfaction with interpersonal relationship, since various demographie statisties indieate that office administrators, high-degree holders, mld-level and little-expefieneed administrators are less satisfied. This phenomenon arises from severely competitive working conditions, lack of humane management system as well as inadequate meeting of higher-level needs. In order to promote the intellectuals' satisfaetion with interpersonal relationship, suggestions are put forward, such as irmovating the eurrent management system, improving the management skills, building a new development platform and eonstrueting an organizational culture based on trust and cooperation.
