摘要
大峪口工程在确定二次磷矿源时遇到了很大困难。本课题针对上述情况,全面、系统地研究存在于酸中的主要杂质组份MgO、Fe2O3、Al2O3在以王集磷矿为二次矿源时,对加工过程中物料的物性及二次磷矿的分解率产生何种影响。试验结果表明,这些存在于酸中的杂质组份在重钙加工过程中,对物料的物性及磷矿的分解率均有不同程度的负作用,不仅使物料粘湿,且使磷矿的分解率有所下降。加入适量的添加剂可使磷矿的分解率有明显的提高,同时改善鲜肥的物性。
The Dayukou project met with a great difficulty in deciding on the source of secondary rock. In line with this situation, a comprehensive and systematic study was made of the effect of the main impurities, such as MgO,Fe 2O 3 and Al 2O 3, present in the acid on the physical properties of the material during processing and the decomposition ratio of the secondary rock when Wangji rock was used as the secondary rock source. The experimental results showed that these impurities in the acid had a negative effect to various extents on the physical properties of the material and the decomposition ratio of the rock during processing in the manufacture of triple superphosphate, rendering the material moist and sticky and decreasing the decomposition ratio of the rock. With an adequate quantity of an additive, the decomposition ratio of the rock increased remarkably and the physical properties of the denned fertilizer were improved. This measure created conditions for the utilization of Wangji rock as the secondary rock in the Dayukou project.
