摘要
高校扩招后,高师音乐教育得到了迅速的发展,为社会培养了大批音乐人才,随着办学规模的扩大和学生人数的增多,高师音乐教育内部存在的一些问题逐渐显现。学生素质下降、师资不足、教学质量滑坡等问题已经影响到高师音乐教育的正常发展,如何通过教学改革来保证教学质量,已经成为一个迫在眉睫的问题。本文通过研究构建激励机制下的高师音乐术课教学新模式,探索促进教学质量提高的新途径,希望对从事高师音乐教育管理和音乐教学的人们有所启发和帮助。
Along with the universities expands incurs, the higher music education has made a rapid progress, trained a large quantities of music talent for the society. At the same time, some interior problem of the high music education gradually appears, as a result of studying programs expansion and students number increasing,. Such as the student quality dropped, teachers insufficiency, teaching quality landslide and so on.. That has already affected the normal high music education development. It is very important for us to think about how to guarantee the teaching quality with the educational reform. This paper bases on the research of the new pattern in high music major class teaching and the new way of improving teaching quality , then to establish the incentive mechanism. The anther expects it will be good for the high music education administration and music class teaching.
