摘要
开放存取基于"自由、开放与共享"的理念,依托网络技术,正在成为学术出版和科学信息交流的全新模式。文章对开放存取的概念、基本特征、实现途径、国内外的研究现状以及存在的质量控制等相关问题进行了综述,并对我国开放存取的发展趋势进行了分析。
Open access based no ＂free,open and sharing＂ the idea and rely on the networking, is becoming the academic publicationg and the scientific information exchange brand -new pattern. The article to the opening access concept , the essential feature, realized the way, the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the existence qualit control and so on related question has carried on the summary, and opened access of our country the trend of development to carry on the analysis.
