检测血浆、组织cAMP及cGMP对鉴别良恶性胃病的临床价值

Clinical Evaluation of Testing cAMP and cGMP in both Plasma and Tissue from the Patients with Benign or Malignant Gastric Disease

目的探讨血浆、组织中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)及cAMP/cGMP(CA/CG)比值的测定对鉴别良恶性胃病的临床意义。方法对105例因胃肠道症状接受胃镜检查配合活检确诊,分为慢性胃炎组42例,溃疡病组28例,胃癌组35例。用放免法分别测定血浆、组织cAMP,cGMP和CA/CG比值。结果35例胃癌患者血浆及组织中cAMP,cGMP,CA/CG(x-±s)分别为19.14±2.52pmol/ml,6.90±1.78pmol/ml,3.66±2.12和459.95±103.25pmol/g湿组织,25.47±9.20pmol/g湿组织,18.36±9.70,其中cGMP,CA/CG指标胃癌组与慢性胃炎组及溃疡病组相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.001),而cAMP与各组相比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定血浆、组织cGMP及CA/CG比值对辅助鉴别良恶性胃病有重要临床意义。

Objectives To evaluate the clinical significance of the changes of cAMP and cGMP in both plasma and tissue from the patients with gastric disorder in differentiating benign or malignant diseases. Methods of 105 patients with gas-trointernal symptoms as diagnosed by endoscope and biopsy examination,chronic gastritis was 42 cases;peptic ulcer was 28 cases and gastric cancer was 35 cases. All patients were tested for cAMP and cGMP in both plasma and tissue by RIA. Resuits The value of cGMP of 35 patients with gastric cancer（GC）was 6.90±1.78 pmol/ml,CA/CG was 3.66±2.12 in plasma,and 25.47±9.20 pmol/g,CA/CG was 18.36±9.70 in tissue,with were significantly different from the value of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer（P〈0.001）. The value of cAMP was 19.14±2.52 pmol/ml in plasma,and 459.95±103.25 pmol/g in tissue. No difference of cAMP values was found between compared groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The test of cGMP and CA/CG is of great clinic significance for the differentiation of benign or malignant gastric diseases.
