不同检测系统测定血糖的方法学对比及偏差评估

Method Comparison and Bias Estimation for Blood Glucose with Different Analytic System

目的通过对不同检测系统进行方法学比对分析,探讨各系统之间检测血糖结果是否具有可比性。方法依据美国国家临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)EP9-A文件要求,每天随机从临床样本中抽取8份不同浓度的血清样本,分别用两种检测系统进行血糖的测定,共测定5d,记录检测结果,对两种检测系统进行偏倚估计。结果相关系数r=0.998,截距a=0.081,斜率b=0.968,无方法间、内的离群点,测定结果的偏差在允许误差范围内。结论两种检测系统对血糖的测定能得到一致的检测结果。

Objective To explore the comparability of the different analytic systems for patient＇s serum glucose by method comparing between two analytic systems. Methods According to the document of NCCLS-EP9-A,every day,8 patient samples with different serum glucose concentration were analyzed respectively with two analytic systems for 5 days and recorded the test results in 5 days together. Then evaluated the bias estimation of the two analytic systems. Results The correlation coefficient of this experiment was 0.998,intercept （a） ：0.081 ,slope（b）：0.968,without outlier of within-method and between-method ,the bias of results were accepted in the range of the allowable error. Conclusion Concordant serum glucose results can be obtained using two analytic systems.
