摘要
分析了0.6 Mt/a RFCC装置低温热在0.15 Mt/a气体分馏装置利用的可行性,介绍了气体分馏装置部分换热器及换热流程改造情况,总结了RFCC装置低温热在气体分馏装置的工业应用效果。标定结果表明,气体分馏装置在利用RFCC装置低温热后运行平稳,综合能耗显著降低,对产品质量及产品分布未产生不利影响。
Feasibility on using low-temperature heat in hot water from 12 000 b/d TPY RFCC unit in a 150,000 TPY gas fractionation unit is analyzed. Revamping of of the 150,000 TPY gas fractionation unit for energy conservation is introduced. Commercial application of low-temperature heat from RFCC unit in the gas fractionation unit is summarized. The performance tests confirm that 150,000 TPY gas fractionation unit runs smoothly after utilization of low-temperature heat from RFCC unit, unit consumption of energy is significantly reduced, and no negative impacts on propylene yield and product quality & distribution are observed.
