无创血流动力学监测比索洛尔治疗心力衰竭并快速性心律失常的疗效观察

The Effective Observation with Non-invasive Hemodynamic Method on Bisoprolol in Patients with Heart Failure and Tachyarrhythmia

目的利用无创血流动力学监测仪观察比索洛尔治疗心力衰竭并快速性心律失常的治疗效果。方法选择伴快速性心律失常的心力衰竭病人80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予比索洛尔,对照组给予安慰剂。两组治疗前后分别应用美国BioZ.Com无创血流动力学监测仪,选取7种血流动力学参数:心率(HR)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、每搏量(SV)、每搏指数(SI)、速度指数(VI)、加速指数(ACI)、预射血期(PEP)、收缩时间比率(STR)做血流动力学定量评估。结果经2周比索洛尔治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,HR减慢,CO、CI、SV、SI明显提高(P<0.05),PEP较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔可改善心力衰竭并快速性心律失常病人的心功能。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of bisoprolol on patients （pts） with heart failure and tachyarrhythmia. Methods Eighty pts with heart failure and tachyar hythmia were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. Heart rate （HR）, cardiac output/index（CO/CI）, stroke volume/index（SV/SI）, velocity index（VI）, acceleration index（ACI）, pre-ejection period （PEP）and systolic time ratio（STR） were evaluated by BioZ Corn Cardiodynamics Monitor pre-and post-treatment. Results Following the two weeks of treatment,compared with the contro1 group, HR, PFP and STR in treatment group were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and CO, CI, SV, SI and VI were improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bisoprolol could improve the cardiac systolic function in pts with heart failure and tachyarrhythmia.
