疑诊冠心病的高血压病病人冠脉造影结果与临床因素分析

摘要 目的探讨疑诊冠心病病的高血压病人冠脉造影结果与临床因素之间的关系。方法对连续收治的146例疑诊冠心病高血压病病人行冠脉造影,并分析其临床情况。结果冠脉造影阳性率为59.6%,其中典型症状阳性率89.6%;不典型症状阳性率34.2%;典型症状的高血压病病人多支病变的发生率较高。结论男性、高盐饮食、高胆固醇血症、典型心绞痛症状的高血压病病人,其冠脉造影的阳性率明显增高。
