腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的对照研究

Contrast Study and Clinical Analysis of Myoma in Broad Uterine Ligament by Laparectomy and Laparoscopy Operation

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法将腹腔镜阔韧带肌瘤剔除术的45例与同期开腹手术的30例进行比较。结果两种手术均获成功,无并发症发生。腹腔镜组手术时间及术中出血量明显少于开腹手术组(P<0.01),静脉用抗生素时间,肛门排气时间及住院时间明显短于剖腹手术组(P<0.01)。结论如果具有熟练的腹腔镜操作技术,腹腔镜子宫阔韧带肌瘤剔除术安全可行,术后恢复快。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of myoma in the broad uterine lingament. Methods A retrospective comparison was made on clinical data between 45 patients who had received laparoscopic enucleation of myoma in the broad uterine ligament and 30 patients who had received traditional open resection in the same period. Results Both laparoscopic and traditional operations were successfully completed. Operation time and blood loss were less in laparoscopy group than those in contrast. [ （ 109.08 ± 47. 147 ） vs （ 146. 76 ± 47.33 ） minites, P = 0. 008, （84 ± 35.74） vs （ 131 ± 32. 56） ml, P = 0. 009 ]. Intravenous antibiotics days and in hospital time were less in study group than those in contrast[ （1.73±0. 55 ） and（4. 47±0. 62） days, P = 0. 000, （7.83 ± 1.88） and （ 11.82 ± 2.35 ） days, P = 0. 000 ]. Conclusion Laparocopic e- nucleation of myoma in the broad uterine ligament is safe and effective and offers a rapid postoperative recovery if the operator have skilled laparoscope techniques.
