抗抑郁药物联合治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Role of Antidepressants in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨抗抑郁药物治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法对119例功能性消化不良(FD)患者常规应用胃动力药和/或抑酸药治疗4周,临床无效者,在常规治疗的基础上加用抗抑郁药黛力新,每天2次,早中各1片,治疗4周。结果显效81例,有效26例,无效12例,总有效率85.7%。结论FD与精神心理因素有关,联合抗抑郁药物治疗可提高临床疗效。

Objective To evalute the role of antidepressants in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Total 119 functional dyspepsia（FD） patients was treated with drugs to cure primary digestive system disease by individual principle. To Those without effect, then add antidepressants to initial drugs. The therapy continued for 4 weeks. Results Responded 81 cases, effective 26 cases, no effect 12 cases,total effective rate 85.7%. Conclusion FD patients commonly have depression or anxiery. Antidepressants have good efficency in treatment of FD patients.
