摘要
提出了在共焦系统中，利用多道检测光路实现对被测物三维信．已并行检测、记录的新方法。文中着重阐述了新方法三维信息的获取及处理过程，并给出了初步的实验结果。
The method for realizing parallelly detection of 3-D information in the confocal system has been proposed,It has been emphatic to introduce capturing and processing of 3-D information by the new method,some experimental results have been given as well.
