摘要 自2001年《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》颁布以来,我国正在进行的第八次课程改革已经走过了七个年头。本次课程改革,从课程理念、内容和结构,到课程的实施和管理,都进行了较大幅度的改变,有许多创新之处,也的确取得了一定成效。但无可否认的是,本次课程改革仍未突破自上而下、
