英美日三国中小学教师校本培训模式及启示 被引量：5

摘要 一、英美日三国校本培训的模式简析 校本培训作为“教师在职培训的新概念与新策略”最早产生于20世纪70年代的英、美等发达国家。因国情的不同，各国探索出的校本培训模式也呈现出不同的形式和特点。
