就山东省情况来看,外商直接投资与区域就业增长之间存在着长期均衡关系。对于各产业就业而言,存在着明显的拉动效应。外商直接投资资本每增长1%,长期来看带动山东省就业增加0.053%。但外商直接投资的就业效应在短期内存在波动、且为负值。针对这种波动,应该采取具有针对性的政策措施,加以熨平。
